It all begins with a story.
Our love for Ethiopia began in 2007 when we traveled to adopt our youngest child. We began to love the country and our desire grew to give back to the country that had given us so much.
Thus, River of Hope International was born. River of Hope International is a fully certified 501c3 organization. We specifically work with an NGO that is already established in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia. The desire for education is great in Ethiopia, and since my wife and I are teachers we decided to make education our focus. We’ve done several projects throughout the years. These include building classrooms, creating dry-goods shops for schools to become self-sufficient, famine relief, college funding for orphans, and school supplies. 100% of the profits from ROHi Coffee go directly towards funding our education projects in Ethiopia.
